Why locals love it
The park is the largest in Kaunas. During warmer seasons people use the beach areas along the river for sunbathing and swimming, there are tracks for roller skating, cycling and running. You can also play volleyball.

Why you should visit it
The park is a great place to get to see the nature of Kaunas. If you need a little break and want to spend it in an active way, this is perfect. In the winter the park is covered in snow, during summer you can even go swimming.

The park is safe, feel free to go for a walk alone.
