Even if on one side it might look dodgy or dirty, visitors of this market know that food products will be better quality than in a shopping mall and other things at least won't be overpriced. And you can negotiate. Also here you can get some cheap cigarettes smuggled from Belarus. Look for gipsies:)

Why you should visit it
There are couple of reasons to visit it. You can come here to experience the local culture, to buy some quality foods or to get some useless crap from China. All under one roof. I do recommend buying things from old ladies. They have some great honey products, spices, vegetables etc. All home grown/made.
