Lake Kalliojärvi is a beautiful wilderness lake located in a narrow rocky gorge 7 km west of Sallatunturi. The lake is located along the hiking trail leading to the Salmijoki Gorge, and in winter it can be reached by a well-maintained trail. There is a day house by the lake.
