The Salla's War and Rebuilding Museum is located in the old station area of Salla, in a former residential terraced house near the center of Salla. In addition to the exhibition spaces, the museum building houses a museum shop and café. The museum area also has an outdoor exhibition area and the Salla border inn.

The museum's main exhibition tells the story of Kola Lake from the beginning of the 20th century before the wars, the turbulent wartime and the huge reconstruction contract that took place after the war, in which the municipality of Salla, which had been hit by the war, struggled again.
Open October - June and July - September. Deviating opening hours will be announced separately.
