Nada Ward has been famous for its Sake brewing. Hamahukutsuru is one of the best brewer in the area and they show us some of their brewing facilities in this museum. We can learn the basics of Sake brewing and see the modern brewing process here.

Why you should visit it
They offer variety of Sake tasting! From Daiginjyoshu to basic Junmaishu, unique ones like Yuzu flavored sake and non-filtered Nigorizake. You’ll be amazed by those different tastes and styles. You can also buy those bottles in the museum shop.
Special tip
It’s about 7 minutes easy walk from Uozaki station (Hanshin line). Walk along the Sumiyoshi river is the simplest way to get there.
