The officially unnamed waterfalls of Varkaanlampi are a series of four stepped waterfalls in Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. The waterfalls flow in the Groge Varkaankuru grove area on the southern and northern slopes of a small lake called Varkaanlampi.
The water first plunges under the bridge of the nature trail that circles the area, before falling to Varkaanlampi in two consecutive steps with its last meters. The lush and abundant vegetation emphasizes the merging of the waterfalls into the grove-like slope around the clear-water pond.
Below Varkaanlampi, about 60 meters away, in the same mountain stream, there are two lesser-known waterfalls.
