Why you should visit it

Everything from clay pots to skulls are on display in their relevant groups and are well labeled. There are relics from all around the world and from different time periods with Polish pieces up to the early Middle Ages. Movies present the unraveling of a mummy and other displays show how Ancient Krakowians defended themselves from invaders.

Special tip

The highlight of this museum is located outside, the gardens here provide a breathtaking view of Wawel Hill and Castle, a great photo opportunity.
