Dinner in a Castle
Restauracja u Ziyada8
Why locals love it
Perched on a steep hill overlooking the Wisła River Valley, Przegorzały Castle is home to U Ziyada, named after its Kurdish Iraqi owner. The menu offers Polish cuisine as well as Kurdish influenced dishes. They have a wide variety of lamb dishes which is unique as lamb is hard to come by in most establishments.
Why you should visit it
If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city without venturing too far, their large terrace offers spectacular views of the foothills and even the Tatra Mountains on clear days. It is the ideal place to lay back and enjoy a fine glass of wine while taking in some sun.
