David ran a terrific tour sharing his unique knowledge of the history of Krakow as we visited sights away from the main tourist hotspots. His passion, enthusiasm and care for his guests was at a level above that I have experienced from any other tour guide. I have done about 40 tours in Europe over the years and this was the best.

If you want a quality experience that you will remember Krakow for take this tour.

Description

Let's start our journey with a tasty breakfast - because we are going to need it - at a local place located very close to the beautiful Old Town. Stories and legends will be told while sipping a freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Once we are ready to start our journey, we'll be slowly biking towards the Vistula River - the most important river in Poland, used by the Jews in the 13th and 14th centuries to develop commerce in the region. We'll stop in different locations to enjoy our surroundings, discover the Polish countryside, meet some locals along the way, and admire very old monasteries located at the top of the hills.

Our final stop will be one of the oldest fortresses in Poland - a magnificent cluster from the 11th century - that has witnessed some of the most important and decisive moments in the history of this nation. I'm sure you will love this unique experience.

David will make your day!
for David
David gave me a wonderful introduction to Krakow on a morning tour. He went out of his way to pack many interesting stops into the tour - places I’d never find on my own. David is a fun guy who speaks perfect English and gave me personal insights to Krakow’s culture, history and food (including where to get great coffee). I followed up on the excellent recommendations he gave me for the rest of my stay.
