This experience takes place in Salwator, a beautiful part of Krakow not far from the Main Square (about 15 minutes by tram, and 10 by taxi).
I’ll prepare a traditional Polish meal using local produce, much of which is grown in my garden in the heart of the countryside. The meal starts with soup (probably a chicken broth or a fresh vegetable soup), followed by a main course, then pierogi, pierogi, pierogi! We’ll make these famous dumplings together using a variety of fillings.
For dessert, get ready for a delicious cheesecake with chocolate or salty caramel sauce, topped with wild berries from the garden, or a local-style apple pie.
