Why locals love it
Kolkheti was an ancient Kingdom in western Georgia. Sculptures located on the circle around the fountain, are copies of original pieces found in the territory of Georgia and all of them were produced before A.D. Thus the structure represents some kind of gallery of Georgian masterworks.

It's right in the center of Kutaisi on the main square.
