Everyman’s rights allow all of us easy and free access to nature. Everyman’s rights form the basis of recreational use of nature: they allow everyone, regardless of age, gender, nationality, wealth or land ownership, to move and reside in nature. Everyman's Rights are actively used in Scandinavia area.
Allowed: Move freely and across outside the yard or in special areas such as fields or plantations. Temporarily stay where movement is allowed. Pick wild berries, mushrooms and flowers. Walk in the water and on ice: Angling and ice fishing with a simple rod.
