Why locals love it
Before the Juhannuskallio where a place of midsummer celebration, midsummer people gathered. From the top of the Juhannuskallio, you have wonderful views towards Kuusamo, Russia and North Kuusamo. There is a marked route to Juhannuskallio that passes through the Juhannuskallio hill side area.
Special tip
Recommend that you do not move outside the path, as the rock area is dangerous and endangered plants are present.
