Kuusamo's Great Predator Center is a great place to get to know the great beasts living in Finland. There are currently several bears in the shelter, and the oldest bear was born in 1992. The best-known bears are the Center and the Juuso bear - the artist bear. In addition to bears, the center also has foxes and lynx live in the yard.

The Predator Center started when - The Bear Man - Sulo adopted orphan bear cups in which mom had been killed by the hunters. Soon there was a several cups, living a good life, with Sulo the idea of the Predators center grew up as a most visited Animal Shelters in Finland. Open in Spring - Summer - Autumn as the bears are awake.
Visits to the Predator Center are conducted with a guide. Area also has a cafe to buy snacks from. The book - The Bear Man - is also sold!
