Hi! For a day walk I advise you to visit few parks, there you can enjoy all the greenery of Kiev and also visit viewing platforms. Some of them:
Maryynski park. Here you can find Arch of peoples friendship it is very beautiful
Pechersk landscape park (near Mother Motherland statue) is a MUST! Can't put it's beauty into words. You would love this place.
Also I highly recommend you to try some unusual kind of a roller coaster. Location: Holosiivskyi park, near the central entrance. You won't forget this experience. It is ropeway which goes through the forest. Length - about 550 m. Cost $6-7. You will go down through the trees, right above the creek. It has sharp turns and then steady descent, so a bit of adrenalin is guaranteed.

For dinner you can visit MurMur - lovely restaurant with terrace on the roof. Situated right in the center of the city.

For night going out I can recommend you Darling club. Actually I've written a tip about this place, you can read about it. It is a night club with really charming dancing girls. Be prepared to call manager to ask a path because it's unseen from the street. But it worth seen :)
After all it depends on your taste. If you have some specific preference -just tell me and I'll think of some places appropriate for you

There is a Museum of Kyiv history in the center of the city. And I suggest
you to visit Museum of Historical Treasures, situated in Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.

Also if you want to go out of the city, you can try to visit Chornobyl tour (https://chernobyl-tour.com/english/?action_skin_change=yes&skin_name=eng) or medieval festival in the Ancient Kiev park (http://parkkyivrus.com/en/day-of-kiev-and-whit-sunday)

Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, a cave monastery with mummified saints, is both majestic and creepy :) Take a day drip to Mezhygirya, ex-President's lavish estate turned a public park, or Pyrohovo, an open-air museum with recreated traditional Ukrainian homes. Check out Mystetskyi Arsenal, an art exhibition venue in an old arsenal building. Kyiv is crazy about coffee these days, so be sure to try one (some good coffee shops are Bimbo, Bez Dverey, CoffeeDoor, Come and Stay). Have fun!
