Hello Everyone, where we can have a medium term rent in a centre city or 1km around ? But no tourist price please, we have to spend 2-3 months in the city. Any local website or app phone? I have "bird" but have no English option...
Thanks
Ricard

Rieltory Zlo is the most popular local group here where people search for an appartment or flatsharing, but still most of them do write in Ukrainian/Russian https://www.facebook.com/groups/rieltory.zlo/

i guess more effective way is to join one of local expat groups on FB (Expats Kyiv, Expats in Kyiv, Expats in Kyiv: Old and New - there are many) and to ask there. sometimes people offer something there.

your main problem might be that many landlords do not want to rent out for such a short term

I think your primary concern should be safety not getting the best deal especially if you don’t speak Ukrainian and because you want to live in Kiev which in retrospect still feels the effects of the war rippling throughout the city. However, if you make some friends in the city like through facebook or otherwise they maybe able to guide you and set you on the right path. I found on air n b that I had to pay 1,000-1,300/month Canadian to live in a safe part of the city for the duration of about 2 months. The downtown core which is in the touristy areas is so cleaned up that you won’t be worried for long. If you travel outside this area (like in Mexico) make sure you have extra cash on you for the police as well as other people in case of an emergency or the unexpected. If you do opt to live outside of the core realize your probably better off living in Odessa or Lvivi. Good luck! :)

You could try some of the Buy & Sell or Expat Kyiv pages on Facebook. I sometimes see ads there. They are in English.

Hello! The problem is that all local's websites don't support English. All offers are in Ukrainian or Russian. In other languages are focus on foreigners. i advise you to write in Facebook's group. Here people help each other to find ( or rent) a flat without agencies. Hope, someone will answer you :) https://www.facebook.com/groups/arenda.bez.brokera/?ref=share

P.s. be careful! There are a lot of frauders in this sphere.
