Located in the quiet street, although not far from the central square of the district with all the accompanying hustle and bustle. So you're kind of in the middle of things but at the same time removed from it.

Why you should visit it
Atmosphere is the main thing. This place features antiques that owners have collected over the years and you can buy it (just ask the waiters for the price). Tea is really great as well as serving itself (in old Soviet-era cups and saucers). In the evening they often organise live music shows (varying styles) right in front of the cafe.

The place is really small and most busy during lunch hours.
