Ukraine was a part of the USSR for a long time and for local people it`s an opportunity to come back to those times for several hours. Visiting that restaurant turns my parents in nostalgic mood and I am mentally making a trip to my childhood.

For young hipsters like you it is an excellent place where you can understand how cuisine in USSR was looking like, how dishes were served, how waiters were dressed. And if you don`t know nothing about USSR it is an outstanding opportunity for you to become part of that story.
