Why locals love it
At Yaroslavna you can find all kind of small Ukrainian pies and buns, original dishes from my childhood. This pies are really small, so you can try a lot of them. The place is located between business city and university of arts, so you can meet there suit guys and art students with their professors. Every Sunday I come here with my friends.
Why you should visit it
You should try the spirit of the local food from the childhood of every post-Soviet child. I'm sure you've never tried sweet pies with sea buckthorn or poppy. Or classic pies with meat or potato, or cabbage, or onion and egg. Drink traditional cacao (believe me it's not like Nesquik) when it's cold or refreshing uzvar (drink with dried fruits).
Special tip
Try to catch place to sit outside on the terrace.
