Sunset Park sits on 325 acres of land originally inhabited by the Paiutes over 1000 years ago. The park was renovated between 2010 and 2013 and has incredible landscaping breaking out areas for sports from volleyball and baseball, trails, family friendly parks, picnic areas and historic dunes. It's a great place to relax or host a family gathering.

If you're a golfer, why not tee off at the same golf club frequented by Sammy Davis Jr, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and Peter Lawford. It is home to the Rat Pack Bar and Grill which is an excellent place for a meal. Prices are very reasonable, you have a great view of the course and the chef prepares excellent fresh salads, sandwiches and burgers.

One of the best spots for locals and arcade heads is the Pinball Hall of Fame. The space is a low key no frills pinball museum; no bright lights, no smoke and mirrors. Entry is free and they are open seven days a week. This is the perfect spot for arcade lovers. And a plus side, the change you put down is regularly donated to local charities.
