Why locals love it

This place is dense with mob/crime history. The Mob Museum is located at the site of the US Post Office and Court House, opened in 1933. In 1950 The Kefauver hearings were held here, one of 14 locations that held hearings that cut into the underbelly of mob crime. This place is the real deal.

Why you should visit it

You love history. You're fascinated by how a city and era was shaped by growth and the growing pains of crime. You'd be blown away to learn the roots of organized crime, trace the history on the Strip, in NY, Chicago. You also love memorabilia and understanding how the FBI worked to take down the mob. Note, FIFA made it into the Mob Museum! Yes.
