Why locals love it
Yiagkini is a secret hidden gem in the Saripolou area which serves traditional delicious plates of Cypriot/Greek food. You don't have to be dressed formally, sneakers are acceptable and it's a place for all hours. If you prefer something simple and relaxed this is the place.
Why you should visit it
You'll eat lovely homemade food prepared after you order. They have a nice garden and a cosy atmosphere, it's nothing like the typical Cypriot tavernas. Every time I visit they have different variety of dishes.
Special tip
Anything you try will be homemade cooked. Prefer to be seated in the garden. Souvlaki is delicious.
