If you like shoping, there are in downtown Lisbon several shops for clothing, shoes leather, jewelery etc. Go to the following streets
Rua Augusta
Rua do Carmo
Rua Garret
These streets are all from the main city square Rossio

Historically you must see for example:
The Castle, the Alfama quarters, Comercio Square. Monuments of the Discoveries at Belem area. Its is quite easy to find in the map.
Walk by the river with cafes at Praça do Comercio and Cais do Sodre to see the sun set. Visit the Cafe Brasileira at Chiado where you listen outside to fun music. or all the dozens of cafes in down town
For night fun, you have to go to: Bairro Alto quarters for pubs, restaurants, dancing
Also there are many affordable Restaurants that a person can eat for 10 to 15 Euros for a diner including a glass of wine or a beer
Look in your guide for the following restaurants:
In down town go to Rua (street) das Portas de Santo Antão. You will find a lot of cheap places. In Bariro Alto there some restaurants for like the Adega do Dantas, O Principe do Calharis,
Just a note of Advise: I don't know where are you from, but remember to be careful Lisbon is a very charming place, easy to get arround, the people are friendly and most of them are willing to help. English is very common language special among young people but like most cities be carefull specially young women with the pickpockets and to whom you speak at the pubs.
Enjoy it and have a great time.

depending on your shopping type, there are interesting places in Bairro Alto and Príncipe Real (not forgetting "A Vida Portuguesa", with design and traditional portuguese crafts, in Chiado)...also inside Lx Factory.
But there's also the standard shopping mall, like "Colombo", in Benfica.

For night-outs, you have Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré. If you're into live music, you could also pay a visit to Fábrica do Braço de Prata, in Marvila.

Hi Charlotte
I have a feeling that you will love our beautiful Lisbon! :)
We offer food tours and cooking classes. Any interest in seeing Lisbon from a foodie's perspective?
If not, you might enjoy a sidecar tour, or a go car, or even an urban jeep safari. Any of those are quite fun.
Let me know if you would like some referrals.
You are going to have a blast!
All my best
