Where I'm from in US, you can buy 85% dark chocolate like 'Endangered Species' (fair trade, not owned by conglomerate) for $3 at grocery store. I have seen Godiva here, Also, at DeliDelux there is very expensive chocolate. but would like a more commodity like bar. Any hints?

There are many chocolate stores in Lisbon with portuguese manufactory chocolate. You can try:
Arcádia situated on Av. de Roma
Chocolataria Equador situated on Rua da Misericórdia
Hussel - in many shoppings like Amoreiras or Vasco da Gama
Hope you like my hints

Dark chocolate is something we buy mostly in Supermarkets where we find a very good range of types and brands. If you go to one of the big ones like Continente (there's one in Shopping Mall Colombo) I'm sure you'll find something.
I'm sure there are also specialized shops but I'm not familiar with.
Hope it helps if only just a bit :)
Enjoy Lisbon!

Portugal has several uses for the chocolate, but if you just want to buy it, supermarkets will be the best option, they have it with several % .
