Why you should visit it

A simple restaurant with homemade food and where you will probably only find locals that usually know the owners and start a conversation about football or what’s going on their lives. The name comes from an English containership, which sank in the river Tejo. It got stuck with the hull upwards for almost 4 years, back in the 80’s.

Special tip

The menu focuses on fish dishes, however don’t eat fish on Mondays, usually it isn’t fresh. But you can try the codfish any day of the week.
