On this tour, I will show you Fátima, its Sanctuary and Valinhos Fátima is the religious capital of Portugal and an essential place of visit for many people. This is the place where Our Lady appeared to the 3 children on the 13th of May 1917.

Description
Millions of pilgrims go there to pay their promises, to pray or just to feel its mystical strength! The Sanctuary Square is so big that it can only be described by numbers: it can receive simultaneously 300. 000 to 500. 000 visitors and it's almost twice the size of St. Peter's Square in the Vatican.
We will depart from Lisbon directly to Fátima via the highway A1. The trip will take us about 1 hour and 30 minutes one way (130km one way).
Once arrived, the guide will give some useful information, outside the churches, about the Sanctuary. Then you'll have about 2 hours of free time.
We will also drive to Valinhos, in the neighbourhood, where we have the opportunity to visit the houses of the 3 shepherds. You'll have about 45 minutes of free time.
Return to Lisbon.
