Description

This experience will by hosted by Rita and Carol.
Rita grew up in a true traditional Lisbon' market, mingling with the people of the food stalls and being herself a sales person for her mother butchery. She knows the market life all too well and knows how to get the best ingredients. Besides that she has been doing tours of Lisbon for the last 6 years and is very passionate about her city.
Carolina studied Math, but left the numbers to devote herself to cooking. She is now a Chef and a teacher at one of the best Cooking Schools in Portugal.
We will drive along the shore of the Tagus as it turns into the Atlantic and see the lovely beaches, manors, villas and palaces along the shore.

In Cascais, let's head on over to the local market to do our shopping.
Cascais is a lovely village famed by its houses and manors. With an already prepared list for lunch, we will acquire the necessary ingredients and head on over to meet Carol for a workshop on how to cook the lovely clams and fish with fresh vegetables.
We plan to cook with you garlic Sauteed Shrimp, oven Roasted Sea Bream with Sweet Potato and Carob Pie.

According to the weather we can provide for a pool side venue.
