We will discover the fantastic and cosmopolitan Lisbon City in one trip. We start by walking around the downtown of Lisbon, visiting the emblematic monuments. Monument of Marques de Pombal who was responsible for the rebuilding of the city after the great earthquake of 1755.
After that we'll go and try the famous liquor Ginginha and taste the well-known pastel de nata cake of Lisbon.
We follow the Augusta street to the square of trade where we will see the Tagus River. Here in this area we can choose a place for lunch, either in a restaurant or in one of the famous Portuguese bifanas accompanied by a Portugese beer.
Then we will visit the famous monastery of Geronimo’s. This Manueline style church hosts all the official ceremonies of the state and there are also the graves of the great Portuguese navigator Vasco da Gama and the writer of Portugese epics Luis Vaz de Camoes.
Then we and visit the factory of the famous pastel de Belém, which is one of the seven gastronomical wonders of Portugal. And then we'll head to the Belem Tower - one of the great historical monuments and what also used to be the lookout bridge for ships entering Lisbon.
