We will drive from Lisbon to Cascais along the shore of the Tagus as it turns into the Atlantic. At Cascais, a lovelly village famed by its houses and manors, we will visit the market.
With an already prepared list for lunch, we will acquire the necessary ingredients and head on over to meet Carol for a workshop on how to cook the lovely clams and fish with fresh vegetables. Depending on the weather, we can provide a poolside venue.
