The tour begins at 10:00 am or 3:00 pm and we will meet at Ajuda Palace, an 18th century monument which was the last residence of the Portuguese Royal Family. We go down Ajuda neighbourhood where you will listen to few stories around a tragic story, royal affairs and a controversial Marquis.
You will also have the opportunity to feel the village-like and local environment of the colourful houses down to the river. Already in busy Belém you will visit its gardens, relax for a bit. We will have the opportunity to go inside the Jerónimos church, evoking the glorious past of the Portuguese golden era of the Discoveries.
At the end of our tour, instead of the famous ''Pastéis de Belém'' you will offer you the ''beer pastel'' a hidden delicious gem of the Portuguese pastry. Ready for this ride?
