My family and I took two tours with Miguel and we were consistently pleased with the tour. I was a bit concerned with how the tour might turn out—I’ve been in Portugal a couple of times, a long time ago. However my wife and teenage son had not. Miguel was extremely attentive and adapted the tour to both what we told him specifically and what he was able to discern from our interest. It was only the three of us and Miguel spent the entire day with us (arriving a few minutes early and ending time was when all locations were covered). The first day of the tour was of Lisbon (including Belem). We did a combination of walking and car. Though I’d been in Lisbon previously, I had never seen the diversity of locations. We also occasionally stopped for a snack and coffee (and he made suggestions, offering us to choose where to stop). The second day was Sintra and Cascais: Again, the diversity of locations and how Miguel sequenced what we saw was perfect for what we were looking for. I have no reservations about recommending Miguel.
