Description
This experience has two parts:
I’ll meet you at your accommodation in Lisbon and take you to a traditional market where I grew up and a renwed market in the nighboorhood where I now live. There, we’ll shop for fresh ingredients to cook with in the afternoon. I am a market girl, so I know all the way around the best food stands and the best merchants, they are hillarious!
Later we'll join Carolina, a professional chef at my place, or we can come to your accommodation. She’ll show you how to prepare a delicious 3-course Portuguese meal, with the fresh ingredients we bought at the market.
Dinner is served:
Caldo Verde - Portuguese traditional green soup with slices of chorizo
Bacalhau à Brás - Codfish "Brás" Style
Pastel de Nata - Portuguese Custard Tarts
