Description

This private workshop is dedicated to the internationally famous Portuguese custard tart. Most appropriately, it takes place at a local tea house that specializes in traditional Portuguese desserts.

During your hands-on lesson, the pastry chef will teach you how to prepare these little pieces of heaven and while they cook in the oven you'll also learn how to make as well as traditional apple roses – Rosas de Santa Isabel.
You’ll learn all the tricks of the trade, and will use traditional methods and very old recipes.

After the lesson you’ll be able to enjoy the custard tarts and apple roses you baked yourself with a comforting cup of tea or coffee.
