Description
This private workshop is dedicated to the internationally famous Portuguese custard tart. Most appropriately, it takes place at a local teahouse that specialises in Portuguese desserts.
During your hands-on lesson, the pastry chef will teach you how to prepare these little pieces of heaven as well as traditional apple roses – Rosas de Santa Isabel. You’ll learn all the tricks of the trade, and will use traditional methods and very old recipes.
After the lesson you’ll be able to enjoy the custard tarts and apple roses you baked yourself as part of a comforting afternoon tea.
