Why locals love it

Biljardna hiša (=Billards house) is a bar, perfect for billards lovers, beer lovers and of course, smokers. It has probably the biggest smoking room (where it is allowed to drink) in Ljubljana and is the most convenient place for smokers during winter. The waiters are really cool and they have a big collection of beers.
