My husband and I took an Adriatic cruise in May, and while considering shore excursions from Koper, found Tjasa's website. She arranged a walking tour of Ljubljana for us that became one of the highlights of our trip. I feel that we really came to know the city, and left with a connection to it that we would not have had without Tjasa's insights. She is obviously very proud of her city and country, and rightfully so. I would recommend a visit to this lovely city, and a personal tour with Tjasa. She is a lovely person. Thank you Tjasa!

I was really curious to see what happens to your senses when you are served haute cuisine in pure pitch black dark..The food was outstanding, even for our capital's high standards. Me and my wife tried guessing the ingredients but quickly were transcended into one of the most romantic epicurean experiences yet, better than many of the Michelin's stars we visited in Italy and elsewhere. A must do for you and your fiancee, wife or lover:) Truly unique dinner with a fun, relaxed and elegant twist.

Dinner in the Dark: 4-Course Slovenian Food Experience

We booked this last minute and we weren’t disappointed. It was just myself and my husband with Boris the sommelier. The location is superb and all of the wines were fantastic. We learned so much from Boris in the 2 hours that we were there. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, he really did make the experience a memorable one. Definitely book this if you have a spare couple of hours, you won’t be disappointed.

Really enjoyed our tour with Tjasa

Really enjoyed our tour with Tjasa. She made our introduction to Ljubljana and Slovenian very interesting! She went out of her way to help us with phone calls when we had a crisis to deal with while on the tour. Will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal tour of Ljubljana.

Amazing experience

Even though that I don't prefer drinking beer I love the experience and trying various Slovenian craft beers.
I know lot more about beers and what is the difference between different types.
For me the best thing is the guide who is a young brewer Miha with a lot of first-hand experience. I recommend.

Great time in Ljubljana

I have tasted beer all over the world but this was a totally different experience. Not only that we had a great time we also learned a lot of interesting things from the guy presenting the beer I would recommend this activity to anybody that comes to Ljubljana.It was truly an awesome experience.

We attended the beer tasting Friday early evening, the young guy running it was a total beer geek and had real passion for beer which was great, nice load of snacks and the beer was varied and well explained, good way to get a weekend started, very enjoyable

Entertaining introduction to wine aroma and tasting!

The guide was lovely and knew a lot of information. The wine cellar was awesome, very very rustic and old and all to ourselves. There was a map to show the areas that wines were from and lots of laughter and jokes were welcomed.

Amazing experience!

This was the best thing that we did in Ljubljana, Boris was brilliant and so passionate about the different wines and about his country. A really authentic experience which I would say is not to be missed when visiting Ljubljana!

nice overview of slovenian wines

Great location in the center of Ljubljana. Excellent atmosphere and nice host. Sitting at the table but still Sommelier take us around Slovenia, its wine regions and different tastes. Good experience. Recommend it!
