An industrial lot underneath a train bridge doesn't exactly scream of summer vibes, but given the love of dedicated owners that's exactly what it has. Open just for the sunny months this multi-purpose pop-up prides itself on its multiple identities, from coffee to BBQ to art, each as well prepared as anywhere in the East.

Climpson's Arch is a fantastic example of the leftover space of a city being transformed into a useful place that warms the heart with character. The owners are firmly established in their community delivering what they themselves like, and subsequently what the locals like to.
Don't eat beforehand, the food on site is authentic and unmissable.
