I love this place. It has an interesting history and an atmospheric place to have some wine and some pub food. It's in the cellars of Kipling House, a 17th century building in Viliers St, on the side of Charing Cross Station. The building has been the home of Samuel Pepys and Rudyard Kipling.

The cellar part is very Victorian and has a low ceiling and very atmospheric
