The fireworks are the obvious thing ! Of course, there are crowds of people, but you can view them comfortably from a distance from near Vauxhall Bridge. The Tate Britain nearby might be open that evening and the Morpeth Arms on Millbank on the other side of the bridge from the station is a child friendly pub that does decent food - or there are plenty other places in Pimlico nearby.

I travor, I discovered you need tickets to see them, whow, so of course I realized to late, they are sold out, can we get to Vauxhall Bridge without tickets or see the fireworks form an area without tickets?
Take them during the day to the Science museum it's free. Ice skating at DOCKLANDS. OR GOOGLE ICE SKATING IN LONDON. Then, try and get a baby sitter and you and you partner go to the fireworks display near the London eye. It gets very crowded, so maybe a bit much for the children.

We like visiting a lot, cultural activities and local spots,
