How can I locate the fashion shops in London?

Answer the question

Bond Street, Harrods and Harvey Nichols are all worth visiting. Harrods is the only shop in London where you can buy Vetements. Sloane Street at Knightsbridge end is also worth a look. Just make sure you bring lots of money.

It depends what you are looking for but places I like to go for shopping that are good are ;

- Westfield Shopping Centre - Ariel Way, Shepards Bush (West London) OR Stratford (East London)
- Bicester Village Outlet (1 Hour drive outside London) if you want big brands at lower out of season costs
- Oxford Street & Regent Street (Central London) for lots of shops and then cool shops in and around SOHO and Carnaby street

For mainstream fashion - Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherds Bush (west London), or Stratford (east London).

For more up-market shopping - Bond Street (central London), which becomes more exclusive the further south you travel on the street

Depends on the kinds of shops you are hoping to find.. mainstream? Boutiques? Antiques? Luxury?

The main shopping districts are in Oxford Street, Knightsbridge, King's Road amongst others - they each offer different types of shops!

If you're looking boutiques you should stick to Mayfair or the concessions in the department stores if you don't want to do too much walking or taxis! East London has some good multi-brand places like LN-CC (the store in an experience in itself).

If you're looking for designers like Issey Miyake, Margiela etc., then you might want to head into Mayfair and the backstreets around Green Park. Bruton Street has Margiela, Stella McCartney, Kenzo and more, and Bond Street/ New Bond Street has Dior, Chanel and all the usual suspects.

Across the road from Selfridges you could try Layers if you want something a bit more avant-garde (think Rick Owens, Philip Lim, Yamamoto, Bologna etc).
