Don't know if I'm too late but in terms of pubs that do vegan food spread eagle in homerton (not Camden I don't know why anyone said it was in camden) and the blacksmith and toffeemaker in Islington are fully vegan. Spread eagle is nicer in terms of decor and comfort but an annoying area to get to. I'd look at happy cow over any other website for other restaurants etc.

It’s in outer London, but if you’d like to combine it with a trip to Epping Forest, the Feel Good Cafe in Chingford is an amazing Vegan cafe.

Hi Silver,

I'm not a vegetarian, but there is a great vegetarian (with vegan options) near where I live called Manna - https://mannav.com/

I believe it was voted best vegetarian restaurant in London a few years back. You should try and book if you're thinking of going at the weekend.

Enjoy London.

Vegan food is all over the place and I venture to say Hackney is the centre of it. We have Temple of Hackney (vegan 'fried chicken') and Brook, a new trendy vegan restaurant on Mare Street. We also have the vegan food market at Broadway Market. In Dalston there's Harvest and more options. Most street markets that sell food (that's a LOT of them!) will have vegan food stalls with wonderful plates of things to try. More fun than a sit-down place. If you like ramen, Tonkotsu has a vegan choice - two courses at lunch for £10 (there are branches across town). all in all, london is heavily geared towards the vegetarian and vegan and the Time Out article recommended to you will be very helpful.

Hi Silver,
I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I did go to Mildred’s in Soho-45 Lexington street and had a lovely meal. It’s a fun place. They have other branches in Camden and KingsX.

Hope that helps

So sorry. I don’t live in London. The app has somehow put my home town as London.

Hi Silver,

You’ll be totally spoilt for choice for vegan food in London! Most restaurants do vegan options and since there are so many restaurants the vegan options are generally fairly creative! Try Mildred’s, Club Mexicana, and Cookies and Scream for dessert (Camden is a great place to visit!). Ottolenghi is fabulous generally with great vegan options (branches all over the place, my favourite is just a few roads from Liverpool Street station).

Have a wonderful time and let me know if you need more suggestions!
