Why locals love it

Turning down a very narrow path (just after H&M) after Bond St. tube station you'll find countless restaurants and cafes, many shops including the likes of iconic British designer Mulberry and women's labels Whistles, Jigsaw and Reiss, traditional pubs and quirky independent stores.

Why you should visit it

So you've done the high street shops and department stores on Oxford Street. If you want an escape for a few hours or even just 30 minutes you can. In just moments you can step away from it all. You can watch the world go by in the square or sip on a traditional pint in the Lamb & Flag pub.

Special tip

Blink and you'll miss it!

Tucked away from Oxford Street, St Christopher's place leads from the high end department stores of Oxford Street away towards Marylebone. It has many bijou eating and café spots and some interesting gift shops

LOTS of high-end shops and cafés - sometimes it's nice to just browse if you don't want to buy! Pretty outdoor seating and a fountain, surrounded by pretty buildings too. Is old-meets-new and isn't too big or too small to spend a few hours in
