Why you should visit it
While relatively new countries (compared to Europe) such as Australia and New Zealand don’t always have a recognisable cuisine, the way they adapt the traditional food and beverages of their ancestors is particularly unique. The Roastery, for me, is Melbourne café culture in South London, making me nostalgic and satisfied all at once.
Special tip
If the BLT is on the menu (it comes on and off) then it’s something that’s meant to be ordered. If it’s not on there, just ask for it!
