Why locals love it

Waterstones is one of the leading book retailers in the UK. In most of their bigger stores they now ask local cafés to open in the upstairs of their shops. The food is always delicious and there's normally a large range of coffees and teas. All the ones I have visited have had friendly staff (as are the book sellers!). And there are books!!!
