Why locals love it

This place has quick and easy buffet style hot food suitable for lunches and dinners, integrated into a huge organic supermarket for any other bits and pieces you fancy. Eating here is a treat for the ego because it makes you feel so good about yourself – particularly with all the recycling options after you've finished!

Why you should visit it

It is a good way to get a quick, healthy (take out) meal in central London. It is close to many of the theatres in the West End for people looking for a more casual pre-show meal, but it is great for anyone passing through the area wanting hot or cold, healthy take out food. If anything, visit for the ambience.

Special tip

You can eat upstairs in a sit down café area which is perhaps not immediately obvious, and cutlery is by the doors.

Range of excellent food, at a price...

I had such a nice meal here. The buffet has very good choice of both vegetarian, as well as meat options like pork, chicken etc. Just be careful if you don't like spicy food. The price in the warm buffet was about £1.90 per 100g and £1.50 in cold buffet so depending on how hungry you are, it might cost you around 6 to 9 pounds. There are also stalls for pizza, pastry and take-away salads. It's perfect if you prefer something healthier than average fast food. Also, the supermarket is huge, full of good stuff.
