Why locals love it

Mendocino Farms opened in 2003, and has since expanded to several stores across LA. It's growth can be attributed to its absolutely delicious sandwiches and comfortable cafe feel. The menu is constantly changing to use seasonal fruits and veggies, with consistently tasty results. Make sure to do a quick search to find the location closest to you.

Why you should visit it

Mendocino Farms is Zagat rated, and has great options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters alike. With sandwiches inspired from all sorts of cuisines that utilize fresh, sustainable, and delicious ingredients, you can't go wrong with any of the items on their menu.

Special tip

Their secret off-the-menu sandwich is called the Three Little Pigs. It has bacon, carnitas, and pork belly, with spicy guacamole. So yum.

it's a chain Sandwich shop that offers some pretty good sandwiches, and salad. Also, the option of a pretzel roll. I would say it's on the cheaper side of LA dining, and tastes good.
