Your guide to all things delicious, Monti will take you to Silverlake's hottest restaurants and point out the must-have items on each menu. She'll also teach you about the chefs and dishes that have made this culinary scene one of the most vibrant in the America. We kick off at Sqirl for a taste of cutting edge California Cuisine and continue down Sunset Boulevard to Forage, Gwyneth Paltrow’s favorite lunch spot because “People bring in their homegrown vegetables and trade them for meals.” You’ll also taste dishes at a handful of other neighborhood darlings, like the Israeli Mh Zh, where patrons sit on milk crates as they slurp up “lamb ragoooo” served over luscious homemade tahini.
