Its size, overall condition, the importance and interest of its accesories make the kitchen of the Madrid'Royal Palace the most notable example among surviving historic kitchens in European Royal residence. The Royal Kitchen occupied an entire side of the first basement at the new Royal Palace, built on 1740 was renewded in the 19Th Century.
