Why locals love it
We got many beautifull churches, every quarter got at least one; and if there are beauty buildings, inside may find the most of them; the most well known are Almudena Cathedral and Saint Jerónimus (in front of the Prado Museum) but there are many others really beautifull as San Francisco el Grande or San Antonio de los Alemanes and... Saint Joseph!

Why you should visit it
Doesn't matter you are catholic or not, inside churches you may find a peacefull atmosfere and artistic works... only respect the silence and... much better if you try to pray :)
Special tip
San José one of the two rose coloured churches, in Alcalá street, is one of my favorites, but better you check yourself
