It has a amazing quality food for the price and the lamb chops are out of the world. Well in Manchester. Price can get a little high but totally worth it due to its quality. I'd also recommend there dessert sticky toffee pudding which is also really nice. With the main it depends on how hot or mild you like it so I'd recommend asking the staff

The Cloud 23 Bar is in fact situated in the highest building of Manchester - the Beetham Tower, which is divided into Hilton Hotel and apartments. Going to Cloud 23 is not a place to go daily, but it is a planned visit (e.g. for a special occasion) as it is a rather expensive bar offering Champagnes, Cocktails, various spirits and other beverages.
